Dragonsglass: The Dragons Weyr

This is something I have been holding inside of me until it was the “right time” to share. Lisa Pavelka has written her 4th book, over 200 pages of yummy things to look at and to create. Lisa’s blog.

Well, last year I was asked to submit some pieces for consideration in the gallery section of the book. Since one of my goals was to get published I went for it. Hey, the worst thing that could happen is that I wouldn’t get selected. At the last Sandy camp (Oct 2009) Lisa came up to me and told me that my piece had been selected for the gallery. OIKS!! I kept saying “no way!! seriously??? honest??” And Lisa kept saying yes yes yes. Yesterday Lisa finally posted on FB and showed the front cover. So, now, I can and will post on my blog. Am I happy? You bet! I can not wait until my copy arrives so i can see it in real life….so to speak.
